Sarah Dieck Mc Guire is the Deputy Principal and a teacher at St Oliver Plunkett; a reading school for children with dyslexia, located in Co. Dublin. She was born and raised in the USA. She attended Western Michigan University, earning her bachelor degree in Science, specialising in teaching reading, maths and science. She went on to earn an honours Masters degree in Education, Special Education at the University of Charleston, S.C. Sarah has been teaching students with dyslexia for eighteen years, in the USA and in Ireland. She has taught in a number of settings including resource, self-contained and special school. Sarah has completed the Wilson Reading System Advanced Diploma and the Orton-Gillingham practitioner's course.

Sarah Lumsden Watchorn has twenty years of experience teaching children. For the past fourteen years Sarah has taught at St Oliver Plunkett Special School in Monkstown, Co Dublin; a school for children with dyslexia. Sarah spent her childhood in Paris and moved back to Dublin to attend college. She earned her primary degree in Humanities in the Montessori Education (BA Hons) from St Nicholas Montessori College, Dun Laoghaire. She then went to New York City to set up a classroom and teach at Park West Montessori, on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. In 2003, Sarah returned to Dublin where she earned her Masters degree in Education in Special Educational Needs (M. Ed SEN) from University College Dublin. Sarah has completed the Wilson Reading System Advanced Diploma and the Orton-Gillingham practitioner’s course.
